몸 자체의 본능. "감각으로 생각하고 마음으로 느끼며 몸짓으로 이야기한다." 몸은 나를 솔직하게 하는 소중한 기록이며 역사이다. 얽히고설킨 수 많은 관계의 틀에서 벗어나 나에게 나를 고백하며 고요하게 사색하는 시간을 만들고, 찾고자 한다. 우리의 삶은 자연가 닮아 있다. 마치 소용돌이 속에서 낙엽이 춤을 추고, 오래된 고목나무 가지가 바람과 함게 춤을 추고 있듯이 공간에 기억되는 춤, 그리고 사라지지만, 존재의 아름다움이 기억되는 몸의 노래를 불러본다.
The Instinct of body. "Think through senses, feel through the mind, speak through the movement." The body is the precious trace and history that renders myself humble. Escaping from numerous entangled relationships, I would like to find and make time to calmly confess and contemplate on myself. Our lives resemble the nature, just like a fallen leaves are dancing in the wind, just like branches are dancing in the wind, I sing a body song that resides in the space and remembers the ephemeral beauty of being.

Dancer, choreographer and educator Changho Han established On & Off dance company with Do Yu in 2001. The company conducts various collaborations with other artists, exploring the true feeling of life and performing on dance works and creations that communicate with the audience.
